When installing your Siberian SAE, if you encounter this error:

“Warning: file_get_contents(
http://updates.siberiancms.com/installs/get.php?hash=4efes74CHU5%ehUHuJasUbaWr):
failed to open stream: Connection timed out in…
Unable to communicate with SiberianCMS server.”

That means your server cannot manage to get the files of Siberian. The best option is to unlock the disabled functions on your hosting like file_get_contents and allow_url_fopen. Or this can means there is a firewall security on your hosting and you will not be able to download the required files from our servers.

If this doesn’t work, you have to download the complete SAE installation package from here.

Then upload this file on your server from the file manager of your hosting panel. If there is already a file named index.php on your server, just remove it. Then, still from your file manager, unzip the installation package. (It may be too heavy for your file manager to unzip it, in this case unzip the file on your computer and send all the files by FTP on your server).

Once the package is unzipped you should be able to start the installation.
